Supporting student theatre

For years, SCRAP Productions has continued to provide educational opportunities for students to expand their knowledge and gain practical experience outside of the classroom. Like most non-profit organizations, SCRAP depends on the donations and contributions of people like you to keep student theatre alive and growing in the Albuquerque community.

- Where do donations go?

Your contributions help to pay for every aspect of the theatrical production; they provide props, costumes, sets, and lighting equipment. They also cover the cost of rental space for our performances.

- Do you own or represent a business?

SCRAP believes in recognizing all of our sponsors for their contributions to student theatre. Any donation on behalf of a business may be recognized, based on the level of contribution, with a feature in SCRAP playbills or an announcement during curtain speeches. More details on contribution levels and how your business can be recognized can be found HERE.

- Save on your taxes!

SCRAP Productions is a student-run organization chartered by the University of New Mexico. This means that your donation may be tax-deductible. If you wish to make your donation tax-deductible, SCRAP will work through the University of New Mexico Foundation to make the process simple and hassle-free for you!
